Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) *Sign on Bonus 7.5K*

Essential Duties

• Aid the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents' total regimen of care.
• Perform administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
• Affirm the availability and proper utilization of licensed practical and/or registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, medications, and safety equipment for each shift to maintain quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
• Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.
• Two years of experience in a supervisor healthcare role preferred.
