Assistant Director of Nursing ADON RN

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our skilled nursing facility. You will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families.
• Create and maintain great employee relationships among staff.
• Supervise and career coach existing team members.
• Affirmatively recruit and retain top performing, talented team members.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in good standing with the state required.
• 3+ years of nursing experience required; 1+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
• Reliable transportation required.

USD $87,360.00 - USD $97,760.00 /Yr.
