What You Will Do
- Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.
- Aid the Director of Nursing (DON) in the overall operation of the department, adhering to company policies, nursing standards, and government regulations to ensure quality care.
- Delegate administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in good standing with a current state license.
- Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.
- One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Current/active CPR certification.
