Assistant Director of Nursing ADON LVN

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our skilled nursing facility. You'll work with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain great employee relationships among staff.
• Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families.
• Achieve and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Supervise and career coach existing team members.
• Attract and retain top-performing, talented team members.

Requirements

• Licensed LVN in good standing with the state required.
• 3+ years of nursing experience required; 1+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

USD $33.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
