About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. This position is resident & family focused, requires a team-building approach, and offers opportunities to build a high-performing team and culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Nurse License.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
- Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
- Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
