Assistant Director of Nursing ADON LVN

Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse ready to make a real difference? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our skilled nursing facility. In this role you will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standard of care throughout the facility and help create a “home away from home” for residents.

Pay

Salary Range: USD $33.00 – USD $35.00 per hour. The wage range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, education, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service for patients and their families.
• Create and maintain strong employee relationships among staff.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in attracting, retaining, and supervising top‑performing, talented team members.
• Provide career coaching and supervision for existing team members.
• Provide direct management for floor nurses and nursing managers.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in good standing with the state.
• 3+ years of nursing experience (1+ year of long‑term care experience preferred).
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Dedication and commitment to lead the healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
• Reliable transportation required.
