Responsibilities

• Oversight and responsibility for daily operations of our clinical department
• Training and development of staff in conjunction with your leadership team
• Direct work with residents to evaluate needs and services, accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status on an electronic care system
• Oversight of aides, nurses, and other care staff
• Delegation of nurse duties to unlicensed personnel as needed
• Other leadership duties as required

Requirements

• Current Registered Nursing license in the State
• Experience in skilled nursing, Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing, Gerontology, and/or Dementia Care
• Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of developing and utilizing service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices, and safety procedures
