Responsibilities

• Assist the DON in managing daily nursing operations and staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Support staff development, training, and mentorship
• Champion exceptional patient care and family satisfaction

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role within a SNF or post-acute setting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
