About the role
We are currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Rehabilitation Center of Independence West Campus. Responsibilities
- Assist with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department
- Aid in instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Achieve Nursing Department goals
- Ensure nursing department compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
- Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing a nursing department is preferable but not required
- Five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
