Assistant Director of Housekeeping

About the Role

The Assistant Director of Housekeeping supports the Executive Housekeeper by supervising daily cleaning operations, inspecting guest rooms, and managing staff at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain Hilton standards.
• Manage, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and maintenance issues.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or management role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
