Assistant Director of Finance
About the Role
The Resort Operations Finance team at MVW is on a multi-year journey to build a team designed for impact, not transactions. Roles are outcome-based: you'll own decisions and create value as a trusted finance business partner embedded with site resort leaders and Board members, driving revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and cost management outcomes. Transactional work (AP, AR, month-end, reconciliations, audits, billing) is handled by an external managed service provider, allowing you to focus on delivering insights, ensuring governance, and achieving results. Success is measured by impacts across multiple properties, providing broad exposure and meaningful participation.
