Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Manages/oversees the accounting and receiving/storeroom department
• Prepares all financial information required at FSC
• Reviews forecasts and prepares financial reports
• Maintains financial data and investigates variances
• Evaluates and improves hotel performance
• Audits internal financial controls
• Assists in annual profit plan and capital planning
• Supports division and department heads in budget preparation
• Maintains compliance with insurance policies, contracts, and agreements
• Manages cash flow and conducts audits
• Trains, coaches, and disciplines accounting personnel
• Participates in MOD program
