Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Finance in safeguarding hotel assets and financial resources to maximize profitability.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of financial policies, internal controls, and procedures established by senior management.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information and counsel to hotel senior management, ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies, procedures, and the Management Agreement.
- Supervise and develop Finance team members, offering guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to strengthen departmental capability.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to promote teamwork.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Finance Management.
- Finance or Hospitality Management degree preferred.
- Legal work authorization in the United States.
