Assistant Director of Clinical Services (ADCS) - Registered Nurse (RN)

This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team under the Director
• Hire qualified hospice personnel
• Delegate and coordinate hospice personnel evaluations
• Establish standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines
• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations
• Monitor nursing staff performance and address any QA issues
• Provide clinical policy and procedure support
• Assist the Director in identifying and resolving nursing department deficiencies
• Monitor implementation of correction plans

Qualifications

• 5 years in healthcare industry preferred
• 2 years of experience working in Leadership
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice

• A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others

Pay

Pay Scale $95,000-$105,000 annual salary plus bonus opportunities
