Assistant Director of Clinical Services (ADCS) - Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and address any QA issues.
• Provide clinical policy and procedure support.
• Assist the Director in identifying and resolving nursing department deficiencies.
• Monitor implementation of correction plans.
• Hire qualified hospice personnel and ensure the provision of hospice services.
• Delegate to and coordinate hospice personnel evaluations.
• Establish standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice.
• 5 years in the healthcare industry preferred.
• 2 years of experience working in leadership.

• Solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
