About the role

The Assistant Director of Clinical Services provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure children and families receive high-quality, effective mental health services. This role is responsible for supervising and supporting clinical staff, monitoring treatment and documentation requirements, coordinating staff training and development, and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and regulatory standards while helping create positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – required
• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field – required
• Minimum of 3 years of counseling/mental health experience working with children and families – required
• Proven 2+ years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role – preferred
• Current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency
• Statewide travel required approximately 50% of the time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to work with economically and culturally diverse population
