Assistant Director of Campaign Operations & Communications
Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Campaign Operations & Project Management is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of the multi-year campaign. This role ensures the integrity of campaign data, manages project coordination and administrative workflows, and supports the delivery of campaign activities across all workstreams. The Assistant Director translates campaign strategy into execution by maintaining systems, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams.
About the Role
This role plays a critical part in the success of the multi-year campaign, working closely with the Campaign Director and other key stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the campaign are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage campaign databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate project timelines and oversee project deliverables
- Manage administrative workflows and ensure smooth execution of campaign activities
- Support cross-functional teams in aligning on campaign goals and strategies
- Track progress against campaign objectives and provide regular updates to leadership
- Develop and maintain project management tools and processes
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or campaign management
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with campaign planning and execution
- Understanding of nonprofit fundraising principles and practices

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
