Responsibilities
- Directs strength and conditioning training of assigned sports
- Affords assistance with department tasks, oversight, and maintenance of facility
- Affords assistance with supervision of interns and volunteers
Requirements

- Ability to educate student-athletes in strength and conditioning
- Ability to educate student-athletes in lifestyle nutrition
- Ability to educate student-athletes in regeneration methods
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to supervise people
- Ability to work well with others and maintain professional demeanor at all times
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of GPS data collection and analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Minimum: Requires a bachelor’s degree; Certifications from approved governing body (CSCCa, NSCA, USA-W), CPR/AED/First Aid); and two years of intercollegiate strength and conditioning experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Preferred: Experience with GPS or other wearable technology, and personal involvement in competitive sport are preferred.
