Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase major gift contributions from individuals and corporations.
- Manage donor relationships and stewardship activities to maintain and grow donor loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to align fundraising initiatives with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or related field.
- Proven track record of increasing major gift contributions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with donor management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
