About the role
The Assistant Director of Access and Belonging Title IX Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining an inclusive environment that supports all members of the George Fox community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Title IX compliance and investigations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to access and belonging
- Provide training and support to faculty, staff, and students on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to diversity and inclusion initiatives
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in higher education administration or related field
- Experience with Title IX compliance and investigations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
- Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
