The assistant director's responsibilities include the following: Manage daily teachers' schedules, ensuring appropriate classroom coverage and staffing.Assist with daily snack preparation and distribution.Developing strong relationships with our familiesAssist with basic administrative tasks and franchise management tasks, including processing tuition payments and supporting daily school operations.Greet and welcome families during afternoon pick up, creating a warm and inviting enviormentHelp plan and coordinate simple, fun school events and family engagement activities.Bring creative ideas for seasonal eventsSupport the Director in maintaining a positive, organized, efficient school environment.Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education Schedule & Availability Primary schedule: Monday- Friday, 9-6pmFlexibility is a MUST: Must be available to open the building at 6:45am when needed to cover the Directors scheduled days off, unexpected absences, or emergencies. Qualifications: Associates of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAn inspirational leader and team builderProactive about building relationships with new families and maintaining high enrollment to make sure the students have access to the best curriculum availableOrganized and able to multitask, strategically resolves challenges, and has a great attitudeCommitment to professional development and continuous improvement What We're Looking For A lively, upbeat, outgoing personality!
