About the role
This position plays a key leadership role in advancing the university's enrollment goals through strategic recruitment, staff development, and data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective freshmen to Florida Atlantic University.
- Oversee the recruitment process from initial contact to enrollment, ensuring compliance with ethical admissions practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, families, and community partners.
- Lead a team of recruitment professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
- Analyze data to inform decisions that improve the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and support student success.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with university-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, marketing, or business administration.
- A minimum of three years of experience in higher education recruitment, preferably at the college or university level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to inform decision-making processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.

Pay
