Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Serve as a principal resource for parish youth ministers, clergy, schools, and volunteers.
• Strengthen youth ministry throughout the Archdiocese with particular attention to Hispanic youth and families.
• Cook up youth leadership formation, retreats, conferences, rallies, and evangelization initiatives.
• Build partnerships among parishes, Catholic schools, campus ministries, and cultural communities.
• Recruit, train, and accompany volunteer leaders.
• Aid ministries serving first- and second-generation Hispanic youth.
• Develop resources addressing discipleship, leadership development, mental and emotional well-being, and family engagement.
• Aid with communications, social media outreach, and event promotion.
• Maintain relationships with pastors, principals, youth ministers, and community leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in theology, catechetics, pastoral ministry, education, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of responsible experience in Catholic youth ministry, education, evangelization, campus ministry, or a related field.
