Responsibilities
Lead a team of 30+ in FOH operations
Serve and lead in restaurant operations
35-40 hours/week work out of operation in your department
Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
Oversee business expenses and maximize profits
Develop future leaders
