Assistant Director, Executive Education
About the role
The Assistant Director will assist the Senior and Associate Directors of Non-Degree Executive Education and Lifelong Learning in growing Stern’s dynamic non-degree Executive Education and Lifelong Learning business.
Responsibilities
- Execute a sophisticated marketing and business development strategy
- Ensure smooth delivery of programs held at NYU Stern, locations off site or virtually
- Serve as relationship manager for designated non-degree programs
- Manage marketing campaigns
- Engage with new and repeat clients
- Contract and manage payments for faculty
- Collect and organize program materials
- Cook up and coordinate program logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of relevant professional level experience or equivalent combination
- Marketing experience in a service business that requires managing multiple tasks/projects and satisfying multiple high-level constituencies
Qualifications
- Excellent presentation, networking, and written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop School's relationships with corporate firms and individual attendees
- Ability to demonstrate cultural awareness
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Benefits
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $84,000.40. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
Pay
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $84,000.40.
