Assistant Director, Decision Support & Reimbursement

About the role

The Assistant Director, Decision Support & Reimbursement will assist in developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures for the Decision Support and Reimbursement department. They will analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and strategy. Additionally, they will oversee and manage staff and daily operations of the Decision Support team. They will also manage vendor relationships and collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and other departments to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required
• Master's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration preferred
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certifications preferred
