People Leadership
- Schedules and interviews teacher candidates
- Builds networks of external future talent
- Conducts classroom observations, evaluations, and provides feedback
- Motivates and encourages learning among staff
- Trains, coaches, and develops staff for the future
- Learns objectively from employee concerns and plans a course of action
- Manages team to ensure TLE curriculum is aligned with brand standards
- Daily management of classroom ratios
- Manages new hire paperwork and employee files in compliance with state licensing regulations
- Communicates weekly schedules
- Ensures appropriate ratios and effective labor management within budget
- Communicates center schedules to maintain ratios and budget
- Ensures compliance with state and TLE training requirements
Customer Focus
- Leads tours and enrolls with prospective families
- Highlights key features and points of difference of the curriculum
- Communicates regularly with families about student progress and concerns
- Executes "parent pleasers"
- Audits and maintains all records and files for students and teachers
- Maintains physical environment and health/safety standards compliance
- Responsible for accident/incident reporting
- Manages medication management
- Conducts monthly emergency safety drills
- Manages new customer administration and files in compliance with state licensing regulations
- Familiar with other financial administrative functions including budgets, P&L statement, and labor percentage
