Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 2 years of experience in an Early Childhood setting
• Working knowledge of state-specific licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies
• Willingness to learn and grow as a leader
• Passion for working with young children
• Ability to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
• Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
