Assistant Director

About the role

The Assistant Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center, with a strong focus on staff management, administrative excellence, and operational execution. This role ensures the school and program run efficiently while supporting staff performance and maintaining compliance with company standards. The Assistant Director reports to the Center Director.

Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership & Management
• Business Administration - Manage staff scheduling, time and attendance record keeping in ADP, along with staff coverage to meet ratio and operational needs.
• Operational Excellence - Oversee daily center operations to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance. Ensure adherence to licensing regulations and company policies.
• Administrative & Financial Support - Manage collection and account accuracy. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. Support financial operations in partnership with the Center Director.
• Family Support - Accountable for Family and Teacher development & Retention. Assist with tours and enrollment processes as needed.
• The Assistant Center Director Is Accountable For Center-level administrative execution

Pay

$39,000, based on experience and education.
