Under the leadership of the Director, the Assistant Director is responsible for the overall performance and success of the swim school.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of members and staff by actively monitoring swimmer safety, ensuring staff are regularly trained, aware of, and immediately respond to safety issues.
• Mentor, train, and develop all staff members.
• Regularly interact with members and create an environment focused on exceeding their expectations.
• Exceed revenue, capacity, and occupancy expectations.
• Teach high-quality swim lessons to children and adults.

Qualifications and Skills

• Service-driven management experience
• Experience in aquatics, education, or recreation
