Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on occupancy planning and modeling for each academic year
  • Ensure maximum occupancy through daily reporting and staff follow-ups
  • Manage the housing assignment software for student inquiries and issues
  • Oversee the cancellation process for housing agreements
  • Design reports identifying key metrics for strategic decision-making
  • Implement policies and procedures related to housing software operations
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote housing accommodations through digital channels

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Student Personnel, Student Affairs, Higher Education, or related field
  • Minimum two years of professional Residential Life experience in higher education or related area
  • Familiarity with housing assignments and residential management processes
  • Strong analytical skills to produce data-driven reports

  • $73,899 – $88,673 annually
