Assistant Detail, Pipeline (Dallas, Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of product information (SKU attributes, descriptions)
• Coordinate samples, orders, and planogram setup
• Support omnichannel operations by partnering with Ecommerce to get products online
• Maintain and update departmental reports and purchase order logs
• Manage annual sample inventory and live merchandise kiosk inventory
• Communicate consistently with internal partners (sample room, DC, AP, QA, etc.)
• Facilitate buyer sample process and prepare products for executive meetings
• Grow and learn: Participate in trend discussions and help create trend boards
• Research and resolve purchase order discrepancies and product quality issues
• Work on special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising or similar is a plus, but we’re all about unique backgrounds and fresh perspectives.
• Meticulous, highly organized, and thrives in collaborative team settings
• Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Resourceful problem-solver who tackles challenges head-on
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), RMS, Business Objects, and internal platforms
• Hybrid work schedule on a rotating monthly basis
• Comfortable working in metal-free areas to support company security protocols
