About the role
This position trains and develops Product Sales Specialists and ensures customers receive exceptional customer service and product information. Key responsibilities include supporting store operations, managing a fast-paced environment, and performing managerial duties.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in an effective manner
- Complete managerial responsibilities such as storage buy audits, markdown approvals, overrides, and cash office functions
- Ensure store presentation standards are met and maintained
- Lead morning huddles, execute Power Hours, and function as a CARE Manager
- Guarantee safety and security by following loss prevention and risk management guidelines
- Communicate standard operating procedures to all associates in a timely manner
- Stock and tag merchandise displays as required
- Answer the telephone according to accepted guidelines
- Follow established cash, check, and charge card acceptance procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding and compliance with company’s safe lifting practices
- Thorough understanding of merchandise and installation
- Knowledgeable about standard operating procedures and able to communicate changes to associates
- Proficient in industrial truck (forklift) proficiency testing and certification
- Ability to lead morning huddles, execute Power Hours, and function as a CARE Manager

Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
