Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the deli department, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Train and supervise a team of deli clerks and supervisors.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet overall store goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position within a retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience with food service operations and familiarity with food safety standards.
