We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview (maybe not a heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we need headings for sections that have content. The posting includes Overview (intro), Overview Of Responsibilities (list of responsibilities), Qualifications, Benefits, Eligibility Requirements (maybe part of Benefits?), also "Get Paid Every Day!" (DailyPay) maybe part of Benefits? Also "Why Sprouts" maybe about company culture, could be a section like "About the role" or "Overview". We need to decide which sections to include. We must include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content for Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Eligibility Requirements (maybe part of Benefits). Also "Get Paid Every Day!" is a specific benefit (DailyPay). Could be included under Benefits. We should not include Pay or Schedule unless stated. The posting does not mention specific pay or schedule details (only flexible schedule mentioned in Qualifications). No explicit Pay section. So we omit Pay and Schedule. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to include sections: Overview (maybe as

About the role? but we can use "Overview" as heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not strict list; we can use those headings. Probably better to map content to those headings: "About the role" for overview/intro, "Responsibilities" for duties, "Qualifications" for qualifications, "Benefits" for benefits and eligibility, maybe "Skills" not needed. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So we won't put "Assistant Deli Manager" as heading. We need to fold minor metadata (like Job ID) into short

or drop it. There's none. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some legal statements at end: "The above statements are intended to describe the general nature..." etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also "Sprouts will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories..." etc. Also California Residents statement. Remove those. Also remove "Why Sprouts Grow with us!" maybe that's not boilerplate but could be considered "About the role" or company culture. It's substantive? It's about company culture, maybe we can include under About the role. But we already have overview. Could incorporate that prose into About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information: The overview paragraphs about enjoying cooking, overseeing team, passion for customer service, helping people make healthy choices, etc. Also the "Overview Of Responsibilities" paragraph and bullet list (though it's not bullet but sentences). We need to turn into

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a series of sentences; we can treat each sentence as a list item. Similarly qualifications are a list of requirements; we can turn each bullet into
    • . Benefits: list of benefits; we can turn each into
    • . Eligibility Requirements: list of benefits eligibility; maybe we can merge into Benefits section as additional items. We need to avoid duplication: The Benefits section already lists many items; Eligibility Requirements lists additional benefits like bonus based on performance, affordable benefit coverage, HSA, FSA, short-term disability, paid parental leave, paid holidays, DailyPay. We'll include those as part of Benefits. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:

      About the role

Overview prose: combine the introductory paragraphs and maybe the "Why Sprouts" paragraph.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit
      • Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Deli team
      • Effectively coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through ongoing planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork
      • Assist in leading a team that brainstorms to deliver the finest quality of product, highest level of service, and the greatest experience your customers will receive
      • Assist in hiring, teaching, training, developing the Deli team
      • Unload and sort through store deliveries, operate, and maintain deli equipment
      • Ensure the execution of all company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines/regulations, and validate that other Deli team members are also aware of, and following, these procedures
      • If you’re someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, then we want to hear from you! (maybe this is more of a call to action; but it's part of responsibilities? It's more like a statement; maybe we keep as prose? But it's not a duty. Could be omitted as it's more of a closing. However it's substantive? It's a call to apply; maybe we can drop as it's like application instruction. The instruction says remove application instructions. This line is encouraging to apply; could be considered application instruction. Safer to drop it.
But we need to preserve all substantive information; dropping that line might be okay as it's not a duty. However it's part of the overview? It's after responsibilities. Might be considered a motivational statement; but it's not a duty. I'd keep it as prose in About the role maybe. Better to keep it as a separate paragraph under About the role: "If you’re someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, then we want to hear from you!" That's more like a call to action; but it's still substantive. However instruction says remove application instructions. This is not exactly instruction to apply but encouragement. Might be borderline. I'd keep it as part of About the role. Now Qualifications:

      Qualifications

      • Be at least 18 years of age with a preferred 2 years supervisory experience and strong knowledge of deli or related food service
      • Be dependable and reliable, having the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes; including nights, weekends and holidays
      • Have strong good communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to take and give direction, participating in a team environment
      • Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior along with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers, taking special orders and answering phones
      • Possess a proven leadership ability to build, motivate and maintain staff, while possessing a working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers and financial goals
      • Have a strong focus on detail, analytical and problem solving skills
      • Have and maintain Food Safety certification. Also ensure that all federal, state, and company regulations and standards for product freshness, food safety, weights and measures, store safety, employee safety, refrigeration, and sanitation are met
      • Have strong organization and planning skills; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
      • Must be able to lift/carry product horizontally/vertically weighing up to 70 lbs., from 4” to 60”, for a distance up to 20 feet without mechanical assistance for up to 4 hours
      • Must be able to stand for up to 4 hour continuously, for a total of 8 hours per shift
      • Operate a slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment; assisting in maintaining all equipment in safe working condition
      • Be able to perform other related duties as assigned
Now Benefits: We need to combine the Benefits list and Eligibility Requirements list plus DailyPay. Benefits list from posting: - Competitive pay - Sick time plan that you can use to support you or your immediate families health - Vacation accrual plan - Opportunities for career growth - 15% discount for you and one other family member in your household on all purchases made at Sprouts - Flexible schedules - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 401(K) Retirement savings plan with a generous company match - Company paid life insurance - Contests and appreciation events throughout the year full of prizes, food and fun! Eligibility Requirements (benefits eligibility): - Bonus based on company and/or individual performance - Affordable benefit coverage, including medical, dental and vision - Health Savings Account with company match - Pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care - Company paid short-term disability coverage - Paid parental leave for both mothers and fathers - Paid holidays - Get Paid Every Day! Sprouts Farmers Market offers DailyPay - if you’re hired as an eligible employee, you’ll be able to transfer the money you’ve already earned at no extra cost, and get it the next business day, for free. We offer DailyPay so you don’t have to wait for payday to access the money you’ve already worked for. With DailyPay, you can see how much you’ve made every day and you can transfer your money any time before payday. You can learn more by visiting https://www.dailypay.com/partners/sprouts-farmers-market/. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can include the DailyPay description as a list item, maybe summarizing but not inventing. We must not summarize away detail; we can keep the description as is but maybe too long for a list item; still okay. We should not include the URL as separate? It's part of the description; we can keep it. Now we need to ensure we don't create Pay or Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. The posting mentions "Competitive pay" under Benefits, but not specific pay amount. That's okay; we can keep Benefits section includes Competitive pay. No separate Pay section. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat the job title as heading. We are not. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft final HTML. We'll include:
