We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About the Department" and "Wolfpack Perks and Benefits", "Essential Job Duties", "Key Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Other Required Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Required License(s) or Certification(s)". Also "Work Schedule" and "Job Location" maybe. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content. Do not include sections like Pay, Schedule, Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes "Work Schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with some weekends as needed" and "Job Location Raleigh, NC". Also "Anticipated Hiring Range Commensurate with education and experience" - that's vague, we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. Benefits: they list "Wolfpack Perks and Benefits" with details: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Account, Retirement Programs, Disability Plans, Life Insurance, Accident Plan, Paid Time Off and Other Leave Programs, 12 Holidays Each Year, Tuition and Academic Assistance, Childcare benefits, Wellness & Recreation Membership, Wellness Programs. That's specific enough to include Benefits section. Schedule: they have work schedule specifics, so we can include Schedule section. Location: maybe include as a short paragraph under a heading? There's no predefined heading for Location; we could include? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Location not listed, but we could include as a short paragraph maybe under a generic heading? Probably better to include location in a

without a heading, or maybe under "About the role"? But they said do NOT repeat job title as heading and do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So location can be a short

. Similarly work schedule can be Schedule heading. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we must strip out EEO paragraph, disclaimer about perks eligibility? Actually "Disclaimer: Perks and Benefit eligibility is based on Part-Time or Full-Time Employment status." That's part of benefits description; we can keep it maybe but it's not boilerplate? It's specific to benefits. Might keep. However "Disclaimer:" maybe considered boilerplate? It's specific to benefits eligibility; we can keep as part of benefits section. We must remove "Supplemental Questions Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*). ..." and the list of options. Also remove "Recruitment Dates and Special Instructions" etc. Also remove "Position Details" etc. Also remove "Final candidates are subject to criminal & sex offender background checks." etc. Also remove "EEO NC State University is an equal opportunity employer." etc. Also remove "If you have general questions..." etc. We need to keep: About the Department (description), Wolfpack Perks and Benefits (list), Essential Job Duties (paragraph), Key Responsibilities (list of sub-responsibilities), Qualifications (minimum education and experience list), Other Required Qualifications (list), Preferred Qualifications (list), Required License(s) or Certification(s) (list). Also maybe "About the role"? Not present; we have "About the Department". Could treat as About the role? But instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: About the Department -> maybe About the role? But we should not invent headings not matching content? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Probably we should use those headings where appropriate. For "About the Department", we could use

    About the Department

. That's fine. For Key Responsibilities, we could use

    Responsibilities

. For Qualifications, we could use

    Qualifications

. For Other Required Qualifications maybe also under Qualifications? Could combine? But they are separate sections; we could keep as

    Other Required Qualifications

but maybe better to merge? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Minimum Education and Experience and Other Required Qualifications into a single Qualifications section. Preferred Qualifications could be under Qualifications as well or separate Skills? Could treat as Skills. But we have separate Preferred Qualifications list; we could make a Skills section. However instruction says use headings e.g. Skills. So we could put Preferred Qualifications under Skills. Required License(s) or Certification(s) could be under Requirements? Or separate. Might be better to keep as Requirements. Let's decide sections: - About the Department (h3) - Responsibilities (h3) covering Essential Job Duties and Key Responsibilities? Essential Job Duties is a paragraph describing role; Key Responsibilities is a list of bullet points. Could combine under Responsibilities. - Qualifications (h3) covering Minimum Education and Experience, Other Required Qualifications, Required License(s) or Certification(s). Could also include Preferred Qualifications under Skills. - Skills (h3) covering Preferred Qualifications. - Benefits (h3) covering Wolfpack Perks and Benefits. - Schedule (h3) covering Work Schedule. - Location maybe as a short p without heading. We must not include Pay section because not specific. We must preserve all substantive information: need to include all details from those sections. Let's extract content. About the Department: paragraph(s) about NC State, College of Engineering, etc. We'll keep as

. Essential Job Duties: paragraph starting "The Assistant Dean of Philanthropy is the chief fundraising..." We'll keep as

. Key Responsibilities: list of items each starting with a bold heading? Actually they are like "Leading People: ..." etc. We'll output as

    • each item. Qualifications: Minimum Education and Experience: bullet list? It's sentences: "A bachelor’s degree plus alternative or equivalent professional training and experience." then "At least eight years of progressively responsible experience in major gift fundraising and advancement leadership." etc. We'll output as
      • . Other Required Qualifications: list of sentences each starting with bold? We'll output as
        • . Preferred Qualifications: list of sentences; we'll output as
          • under Skills. Required License(s) or Certification(s): "A valid North Carolina Driver’s License is required within 60 days of start date. Must be maintained as a condition of employment." We'll output as
            • . Benefits: list from Wolfpack Perks and Benefits: "Medical, Dental, and VisionFlexible Spending AccountRetirement ProgramsDisability PlansLife InsuranceAccident PlanPaid Time Off and Other Leave Programs12 Holidays Each YearTuition and Academic AssistanceAnd so much more! Attain Work-life balance with our Childcare benefits, Wellness & Recreation Membership, and Wellness Programs that aim to build a thriving wolfpack community." Also disclaimer about eligibility. We'll output as
              • each item. Need to split correctly: The text seems concatenated without spaces: "Medical, Dental, and VisionFlexible Spending AccountRetirement ProgramsDisability PlansLife InsuranceAccident PlanPaid Time Off and Other Leave Programs12 Holidays Each YearTuition and Academic AssistanceAnd so much more! Attain Work-life balance with our Childcare benefits, Wellness & Recreation Membership, and Wellness Programs that aim to build a thriving wolfpack community." We need to parse into items: Medical, Dental, and Vision; Flexible Spending Account; Retirement Programs; Disability Plans; Life Insurance; Accident Plan; Paid Time Off and Other Leave Programs; 12 Holidays Each Year; Tuition and Academic Assistance; Childcare benefits; Wellness & Recreation Membership; Wellness Programs. Also "And so much more!" maybe ignore as filler. We'll include the specific items. Schedule: "Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with some weekends as needed". We'll output as

under Schedule heading. Location: "Raleigh, NC". We'll output as

maybe under no heading or under a heading? Could just put

                Raleigh, NC

. Now we must remove boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer about perks eligibility? The disclaimer is specific to benefits; we might keep it as a note. But it's a sentence: "Disclaimer: Perks and Benefit eligibility is based on Part-Time or Full-Time Employment status. Eligibility and Employer Sponsored Plans can be found within each of the links offered." That's somewhat generic but still specific to benefits. Might keep as part of benefits section as a

after list. Also remove "As a Pack member, you belong here, and can enjoy exclusive perks designed to enhance your personal and professional well-being." That's part of benefits intro; we can keep as

before list. Also remove "As you consider this opportunity, we encourage you to review our Employee Value Proposition and learn more about what makes NC State the best place to learn and work for everyone." That's generic; maybe remove as boilerplate? It's encouraging to review EVP; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also remove "What We Offer" heading? We'll just output list. Now construct HTML. We'll start with

                About the Department

                ...

                Then

                Responsibilities
