About the role

The Assistant Dean of Academic and Bar Success oversees academic programs and bar preparation initiatives designed to support law students in achieving their professional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee academic programs and ensure compliance with legal education standards.
  • Develop and implement bar preparation initiatives to enhance student success rates.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve academic outcomes and student engagement.

Requirements

  • M.S. in Education, Law School Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or legal education.
