Assistant Dean, Nursing, School of Nursing and Health Sciences

For our client, we are seeking a Assistant Dean, Nursing, School of Nursing and Health Sciences to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. In this role, you will provide academic and operational leadership for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, with a strong focus on nursing programs and institutional quality. You will partner with faculty and stakeholders to strengthen curriculum, support accreditation readiness, and advance continuous improvement across the school. This position is well suited for a collaborative higher education leader who can balance strategic planning, compliance, and faculty governance while helping develop future leaders. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $106,500 – $159,800 annually Responsibilities Monitor academic quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Oversee the school's assessment and continuous quality improvement plan. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Develop and implement a strategic operational plan in collaboration with stakeholders. Provide leadership for school operations and faculty governance. Manage curriculum development processes and resource allocation. Promote professional development and identify leadership potential across the school. Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, DNP, or related terminal degree) from an accredited institution. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years teaching in higher education, preferably online. Experience with nursing accreditation processes and quality improvement.
