The Assistant Dean of Nursing serves as a key leader within the nursing program, advancing student success, program growth, and educational quality through the efficient management of institutional resources.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho required
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
• Experience in nursing education, academic administration, or nursing leadership
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing program operations, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor faculty, support student success initiatives, and manage multiple priorities effectively
