Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- CDA or degree needed only for Lead Teacher role
- At least two years of experience working in childcare, daycare, or preschool preferred
- Ability to complete state ECOOL training
- Currently have CPR and First Aid training or be willing to obtain with our aid
- Ability to pass a state and federal fingerprint background check

- Ability to create engaging learning environments
- Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool
- Observational skills to lead activities based on children's interests and needs
- Communication skills to interact with parents
- Documentation skills to document important milestones
- Knowledge of center and state procedures and guidelines to keep the classroom safe and clean
