Assistant Customer Service Manager Front end

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greets each guest with eye contact and a "Thank you."
• Provides a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests' expectations.
• Projects a professional image in accordance with the dress code and grooming policy.
• Maintains a safe work environment and keeps the work area neat and clean.
• Supervises the Guest Service area.
• Maintains cash controls related to sales, currency, miscellaneous sales, and miscellaneous income.
• Accurately processes and reports daily/weekly cash and sales activities.
• Schedules, trains, and coaches Guest Service teammates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Maintains cashier control reports and office security in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures proper security of the Guest Service area and related items during shifts.
• Communicates new policies or promotional programs to guests.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Reliable.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.
• Basic math skills.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience.
