Responsibilities
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers and drivers providing concise instruction and/or information through verbal and written communication methods.
- Escalates all non-routine customer inquiries appropriately to solve operational issues.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Affixes to the settlements manager with any special projects.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, College Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service setting.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent task organization skills and ability to multitask.
- Above average numeracy/mental math skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred.
- Direct experience in transportation/logistics is strongly preferred.
