Assistant Credit Controller, Credit Specialist
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and submit to management Customer Profile Request Form from customers seeking credit approval or uplift in credit.
- Aid in preparing and submitting monthly premium insurance declarations through the Atradius website.
- Conduct credit investigations and analyze diverse credit information using internal and external sources.
- Ensure customers do not exceed their credit limit by working proactively.
- Prepare internal and detailed Credit Agreement Forms to assess internal risk where insurance has not been secured.
- Communicate with business and sales teams during the customer application/review process.
- Provide management with a comprehensive summary of factors related to credit risk.
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in Credit Department preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly V-LOOKUP, PIVOTs, and FORMULAS.
- Understanding of D&B and Experian Credit Report data for B2B credit decisions preferred.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Expected base pay range: $22.50 - $30.50 hourly.
