The role is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through phone and email

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
