We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - General Summary: description of position responsibilities. Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The summary includes leading accounting operations, external reporting, etc. That's responsibilities. - Essential Job Accountabilities: list of duties. That's responsibilities. - Education: Bachelor's degree required, CPA required, Master's preferred. - Work Experience: 12+ years progressive accounting experience, etc. - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of skills. - Physical Demands: maybe not needed as a section; but we could include under "Requirements"? But we have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Demands could be part of Requirements? Might be considered "Requirements". However we should not create sections with filler. Physical Demands is specific content; we could put under "Requirements" as a

or maybe under "Qualifications"? But we have separate headings: Qualifications (maybe education + experience). Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Benefits (benefits). Pay (salary range). Schedule (not mentioned). So we should not include Schedule section because no info. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. We need to include meta data like Job ID? Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. At end there is EEO, Drug-Free Workplace, etc. Also staffing agency notice. Remove those. We need to preserve all substantive information. Thus sections: - About the role: maybe the General Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of essential job accountabilities (the bullet list). Could be

  • each. - Requirements: Education + Work Experience + Physical Demands? Could combine. - Qualifications: maybe CPA required etc? But we already have education and experience; qualifications could be certifications etc. However we have "Education" and "Work Experience". Could treat "Requirements" as education+experience, and "Qualifications" as certifications/preferred? But we have limited headings; we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Education and Work Experience into "Requirements". Then "Qualifications" could be CPA required, Master's preferred. But that's also part of requirements. Might be better to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education+experience+physical demands), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits, Pay. Check if we have any content for "Qualifications" separate from Requirements/Skills. The posting has "Education", "Work Experience", "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities". So we could map: - About the role: General Summary. - Responsibilities: Essential Job Accountabilities. - Requirements: Education + Work Experience + Physical Demands (maybe as a list). - Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. - Benefits: Our Benefits At a Glance. - Pay: Base Salary Range. No Schedule. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: include details like "Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required", "CPA required", "Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA preferred", "12+ years of progressive accounting experience required, including a combination of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and public company corporate accounting", "Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or large projects required", "Strong experience in SEC reporting, financial close, and consolidations required". Also physical demands details. Also include "Additional Requirements/Skills" about safety initiatives, code of conduct, driver's license, travel. That is also requirements; we could include under Requirements as a list. Now produce HTML:

We should not include Schedule section. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Good. We removed boilerplate: EEO, Drug-Free Workplace, staffing agency notice, etc. We preserved all substantive info: General Summary, responsibilities list, education, experience, physical demands, additional requirements (safety, code of conduct, driver's license, travel), knowledge/skills/abilities, benefits, pay. Check if any info missed: "Our most powerful partnership is the one we have with our employees..." that's fluff; we can drop as it's not substantive? It's basically marketing fluff; but it's not required to preserve? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The fluff may be considered not substantive? It's more like introductory marketing. Might be okay to drop as it's not essential job info. However it's part of the posting; but it's not a specific duty/requirement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This introductory paragraph is not boilerplate; it's more like a tagline. It might be considered non-substantive but not explicitly excluded. Safer to keep? It says "Building a career at Granite may be the most valuable thing you could do... Find your dream job today, and be part of something great. Our most powerful partnership is the one we have with our employees. Our people are our most valued asset and the foundation of Granite’s century-old success. We’re building more than infrastructure; we are building your future." This is fluff but could be considered part of "About the role"? Might be okay to include as a paragraph before General Summary. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a fluff paragraph may be thin. I'd say we can omit it as it's not substantive job info. The core info is in General Summary. I'll omit. Check if any other info: "About Granite Construction Incorporated" etc. That's company description; could be considered substantive? It's about the company. Might be considered not essential for the job but could be kept. However it's not a section heading we have; we could incorporate into About the role? But we already have About the role as the summary. Adding company description may be okay but could be considered filler. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company description is substantive about the employer. Should we keep? It might be considered relevant. However we have no section for "About the company". Could we add a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay. But the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should stick to those. Could we add a

    under About the role that
