Salary: $100,000–$135,000

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-entity close, reporting, and reconciliations
• Lead process improvements and system enhancements (Yardi environment)
• Supervise and develop accounting staff
• Partner with leadership on financial operations and reporting

Requirements

• Strong Yardi experience (hands-on or admin level required)
• Multi-entity accounting experience (50+ entities preferred)
• CPA strongly preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Real estate or property accounting experience is a plus
