Assistant Cook Operator

HOURS

• 1st SHIFT - Mon. - Fri. 6:30am to 3:00pm or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires.
• 2nd SHIFT - Mon. - Fri. 2:30pm to 11:30pm or finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires.
• Weekends off.

PAY

• Weekly, $20.00 per hour
• $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift ONLY

REQUIREMENTS

• Rolling large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing Areas
• Tracking and recording oven cook times and temperatures
• Tracking and recording chill down time and temperatures
• Rotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
• Cleaning and inspecting the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production
• Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
• Ability to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed
