Assistant Cook Operator

HOURS

1st SHIFT - Mon. - Fri. 6:30am to 3:00pm or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires.
2nd SHIFT - Mon. - Fri. 2:30pm to 11:30pm or finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires. Weekends off.

Pay

Weekly, $20.00 per hour **(plus $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift ONLY)

About the role

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking an Assistant Cook Operator for our fully cooked chicken sausage manufacturing operation in Cohoes, NY

Responsibilities

• Tracking and recording oven cook times and temperatures
• Tracking and recording chill down time and temperatures
• Rotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
• Coordinating with the room supervisor on the schedule for the day
• Cleaning and inspecting the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production
• Able to work in both hot and cold conditions
• Able to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed
