Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial close functions through preparation of financial statements for each designated operating location.
• Reconcile all general ledger accounts.
• Provide monthly narrative analysis of significant financial variances to budget and forecast.
• Complete a three-month financial forecast monthly.
• Conduct rate analysis and review.
• Communicate financial-related information effectively to business counterparts.
• Manage flow of accounting data to/from decentralized field operational offices.
• Assist with quarterly Sarbanes Oxley compliance and review.
• Plan and participate in the annual financial budget process.
• Provide training to non-financial personnel on internal control compliance, accounting procedures, and financial statement review.
• Some travel and potential for relocation opportunities.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Accounting.
• 2 years of public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and related accounting business systems.
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
