Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience across engineering, estimating, VDC, field operations, service, and building automation
  • Learn how projects are built from the ground up
  • Rotate across teams and locations, learning how each function contributes to the full project lifecycle
  • Build relationships, develop technical and business understanding, and take on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience planning, coordination, and execution activities
  • Learn how decisions are made and how projects stay on track
  • Receive coaching and feedback from experienced project managers and leaders

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel and participate in rotational assignments across locations
  • Interest in building a long-term career in construction project management

Qualifications

  • Natural curiosity and desire to understand how things work
  • Ability to communicate well and build strong working relationships
  • Comfortable with change and willing to relocate or travel as part of the program

Pay

The pay range for this position is $56,863.05 - $85,294.57. The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
